MISSION / TASK:
  • To understand the current situation of Mango, its aims for the future, the change process it is undergoing and what suggestions we can make for a successful change management process, including strong & weak points.
  • Clarify the desired situation of the company in three to five years.
  • Propose a suitable change process.

METHODOLOGY:
  1. Comprehension of current competency-based evaluation system.
  2. Mango mission, vision and strategy analysis.
  3. Market research through
  • Interview with a Mango manager to clarify current situation
  • Mystery Shopping

Team Rules:
  1. The team will work together to clarify the information required, allocating specific tasks for collation of the relevant material, to make most effective use of time.
  2. Natalia and Clementina will be responsible for the administration of the Columbus input to the Wiki site to ensure maximum efficiency.
  3. Each team member will be equally responsible and rewarded for their involvement.
